Full Description:
[William] Phillips to General Washington. Cambridge. Regarding the forthcoming march of the Convention prisoners from Massachusetts Bay to Virginia and expressing his conviction that Washington will give orders and instructions 'that every conveniency and comfort may be afforded the troops of Convention, and above all, that provisions may never fail them upon the march'. He also deals with his own situation at some length.
