Proclamation addressed to the inhabitants of North and South Carolina and Georgia, 'Given at Head Quarters at Savannah'. Hyde Parker, Commodore and Archibald Campbell, Lieutenant-Colonel. Announcing the arrival of a fleet and army in Georgia for the protection of the King's 'faithful subjects of the Southern Provinces' and offering protection to those who show their loyalty to the Crown and warning those who oppose it.
