Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel Commandant Joseph Goreham of the Royal Fencible American Regiment and rank of Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in the Army to Clinton. Memorial. Gives his military service back to 1744 and the previous two wars; having been at the seiges of Louisbourg, Quebec, and Havana. Requests he be given the rank of Brigadier-General and recommend or place his regiment on the British Establishment.
