Proclamation by John Martin, Governor of Georgia, offering full pardon and protection to all citizens and others subject of the state of Georgia now within British lines except those who have been proscribed in a former bill of attainder, those who have held or now hold any British civil or military commission, all murderers and Samuel Douglass, Thomas Gibbons, David Tully junior, John Slew [?]. Lachlan McGilvray [the Indian trader], John Fox junior, Luke Man, Levi Shefflal [?], Nathaniel Hall, Alexander Wright, Bazel Christopher Fredrick Frebner, Jacob Buhler, James Pau senior, Phillip Dill senior, Andrew McLean, John Douglass, James Seymour and John Charles Luuna [?].
