Full Description:
Hamilton to Heath. Cambridge. Discusses the apparent lack of any application made for waggons for the troops, officers in Rutland being in great distress for money and do not wish to delay their march [southwards]. Officers need to be able to leave the province with an honourable name by discharging their debts and with means of subsisting upon the march.
