Full Description:
McLean to Clinton. Halifax. Has sent proceedings of a Courts-Martial to Bruce with an extract of letter and forwarded dispatches to Haldimand. British and Brunswick troops quartered through the winter at Lunenberg [Nova Scotia] will proceed for Quebec as soon as possible. The naval hospital is to be removed from George's Island to allow for its defence, on the lack of a Deputy Muster Master, and the disaster to transports conveying Hierlihy's corps. Spry has presented his account. Light Company of Royal Emigrants is embarked on the 'Romulus'.
