Full Description:
Patterson to McLean. The letter being the same as the one written on 22 October 1780 (see item no 3082). Discusses with regard to McLean's power in money matters respecting the island of St John. Habitation, money matters mutinies and desertion. Requests cash and will order barracks to be built for the lodging of the men.
