Full Description:
Lieutenant-General Alexander Leslie to Carleton. Charleston. Encloses dispatches which were to be sent by the 'Narcissus'. Is making every preparation as per instructions. Enquires what is to be done with regard to the Provincial corps which were raised to serve in the south only and how he should deal with the officers and men wishing to continue serving if the corps are disbanded.
