Full Description:
[Sir Guy Carleton] to Colonel John Parr. Congratulates him on his appointment as Governor of Nova Scotia and commander of volunteers there. Difficulties of obtaining shelter for the Loyalists is unfortunate. Informed by a returning vessel that they have safely arrived at Annapolis Royal. All possible assistance to be given.
