Lieutenant-Colonel Brown and John Graham, Superintendents of Indian Affairs of the Southern District to Carleton. Charleston. Memorial. In order for the memorialists to carry on business in their respective departments, humbly request to be granted warrants for £3,000 sterling for the Eastern Division, and £2,000 sterling for the Western District. To be paid to Samuel Bean Esquire, their agent.
