Full Description:
Jasper Beeson to Carleton. New York. Memorial. Is an inhabitant of Brandywine Hundred, County of Newcastle on Delaware [Pennsylvannia]. That in 1777 he supplied to Jacob Derickson for the use of His Majesty's ship 'Roebuck' in the Delaware, beef and sheep, payment of the balance which he cannot recover. The Board of Commissioners for liquidating and adjusting debts refers him to His Excellency.
