Full Description:
Maurice Morgann to Messrs. Gordon, Biddulph & Gordon. New York. Mr Poyntz having this day reported to the Commander-in-Chief that he is informed by you that the balance in your hands does not much exceed one thousand pounds, he is thereupon pleased to direct that you obtain money as expeditiously as possible at any rate below par, not exceeding ten per cent.
