Full Description:
Underwriters to the prize cutter 'Venus' to Carleton. Petition. That the petitioners refusing to pay the sums subscribed the matter, came on this day to be heard on the complaint of the assureds before a Committee of the Board appointed by Your Excellency for setting and adjusting matters of debt when it appeared on the evidence that at the time of your petitioners signing the policy, certain facts were known to the assured and not by them disclosed to your petitioners, which materially varied the risk. Disagree with decision given and humbly pray that justice be administered according to law.
