[Carleton] to Parr. Recommends for lands the bearer, Lieutenant Knipschild, of the Waldeck Troops, who has obtained permission from his Prince to retire from his service, wishes to become a British subject and to settle in Nova Scotia. Has an honourable testimony of his services.
