Full Description:
Isaac Attwood to Sir Guy Carleton. Camp, Long Island. Memorial. As Captain in the King's American Regiment prays recompense for the loss of horses and baggage. Two horses were lost in action and another when Georgia was evacuated and this has subjected him to expenses of more than two hundred guineas. Also states that the Board of which Brigadier-General Clark is president, some months ago passed an account of his for a considerable amount but for which he has received no further satisfaction.
