Full Description:
Duncan Drummond, Commissary of Accounts to Major Mackenzie. New York. Understanding that six weeks' pay is to be allowed to the clerks of the different departments to enable them to get to their respective homes. Requests him to obtain an order for Mr Peter Durrant, who has been in his office at the daily pay of 10s sterling, and proposes to go to the West Indies.
